Following registration, one representative from each attending treatment centre is strongly encouraged to complete the Ice Breaker Presentation Survey ahead of the Team Haemophilia Education Meeting, found at the link below.
Ice Breaker Presentation Survey |
Please submit your answers by Friday 15th April 2016.
The aim of this plenary session is to encourage dialogue and promote the sharing of ideas – you will have the opportunity to discuss and compare how your peers manage haemophilia patients in different countries and identify the main obstacles to the provision of ideal care.
The Steering Committee will then invite a number of Treatment Centre representatives from different countries to each present a 5 minute presentation at the Ice Breaker Session – Centre Presentations (invited speakers will be provided with slides ahead of the meeting, based on their answers to the survey).
We would be very grateful for your cooperation.
Would you like to be considered for the THE Meeting Best Practice Award?
We encourage all Treatment Centres to submit an abstract sharing their own experience of haemophilia care. This will provide an opportunity to actively engage with other participants and discuss views on haemophilia management.
All submitted abstracts will be included in an abstract booklet and distributed at the meeting. The Steering Committee will select three abstracts for presentation at the “Sharing Best Practice” plenary session, and one treatment centre will be given the THE Meeting Best Practice Award, as decided by the Steering Committee.
